A5 unveils its vision for 2026 under the concept 'Scaling the Core, Shaping the Future', aiming to enhance its strength in luxury residential project development towards creating a Luxury Living Ecosystem. This includes the launch of two new businesses: A5 Design and Upper Class Solution, elevating the standards of luxury living. For 2026, the company targets sales of 1.6 billion baht and plans to develop new projects in high-potential locations worth over 5.14 billion baht to support long-term growth, while accumulating a backlog valued at over 967 million baht.

Mr. Supachok Panjathas, CEO of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), a leader in luxury real estate development, stated that the overall luxury real estate market in 2026 continues to see demand from high-end customers, despite increasing competition. The company focuses on developing quality projects, selecting high-potential locations, and designing to meet the lifestyles of affluent customers to maintain profitability and strengthen the business in the long term.

For this year's business direction, the company emphasizes quality growth over business expansion, under the vision 'Scaling the Core, Shaping the Future', by building on its core business while expanding into new ventures through the 5-Pillar Expansion Strategy, which includes:

1. Development of luxury residential projects, which is the core business of the company.

2. A5 Design, an architecture and design business that builds on the company's expertise.

3. Upper Class Solution, a service and solution business for high-income customers.

Additionally, there are plans to invest in two more new businesses in the future, with all investments adhering to the principle of selecting businesses with potential and appropriate returns to diversify income sources and increase the proportion of Recurring Income to support future growth, while enhancing cash flow stability and financial position. Clarity on these plans is expected to emerge in the near future.

Currently, A5's projects continue to receive positive feedback, with a backlog of sales awaiting transfer (Backlog) valued at 967 million baht as of March 8, 2026, from projects such as Cinq Royal The Eighteen Bangna KM.7, VANA Ratchapruek-Westville, CINQUIÈME Krungthep Kreetha, and Rachaya, which are expected to gradually transfer ownership and recognize revenue starting from the first quarter of 2026 onwards.

One of the new businesses in the group is A5 Design, a subsidiary of Asset Five that provides comprehensive Design & Build services for luxury homes, covering everything from design concepts, architecture, interior design, to construction management.
